Rehabilitation Services
Physical Therapy
Our Physical Therapist focuses on developing individualized plans of care to address functional deficits resulting from injury, developmental delays, neurological conditions, or the aging process. Our physical therapists work to improve strength, coordination, balance, endurance, mobility, and gait. We provide care for both adults and children, including those with conditions such as cerebral palsy, developmental delays, and musculoskeletal impairments.
Occupational Therapy
Our Occupational Therapists tailor treatment plans to each individual’s goals, providing hands-on training to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care tasks. We work with pediatric patients with conditions such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and developmental delays, as well as adults requiring support with bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, hygiene/grooming, upper body strengthening, and functional mobility.
Speech Therapy
Our Speech Therapy focuses on improving speech, language, communication, cognition, memory, and swallowing function. We serve both children and adults, including pediatric patients with speech delays, autism, and language disorders, helping them communicate effectively and safely engage in daily life.

Our therapists are experienced in treating a wide range of conditions, including pain management, upper and lower extremity weakness, balance deficits, unsteady gait, stair negotiation, difficulty with bed mobility, and fall prevention. We also specialize in limitations in ADLs and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), orthopedic conditions such as hip fractures, knee replacements, and upper extremity injuries, as well as stroke and cardiac recovery. Additionally, we provide care for chronic conditions including arthritis, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis (MS), osteoporosis, and amputations. For our pediatric population, we address conditions such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorders, developmental delays, and neurological impairments, focusing on improving functional skills, behavior regulation, social participation, and independence at home and in school environments.
